Please allow 3-5 days to prepare your shipping.
Estimated shipping time is 25 days, through U.S.
 
However usually for U.S. orders most of the people receive their products between 10 to 15 working days, from the day of purchase. This may change for some states and remote places so may take up to 25 days. 

We accept returns within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. All return items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags still intact. Return shipping is paid by costumer. All items are inspected upon receipt to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We do not provide complimentary return shipping for the moment.

Yes, state tax is included in the price but in some case custom duties fee might apply for certain products. Brigitte Black will not be able to refund or price adjust based on these fees. Custom duties fees are determined and managed by the U.S state and import laws based on the ordered content and value. Payment of these fees sometimes are necessary to release your order from customs. However in most of the case there is no custom duties fee.
