Orders and Shipping
If you see an error in your shipping address or want to modify/cancel your order please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we’ll try our best to help out. We fulfill our orders as quickly as possible and cannot promise that we’ll be able to stop your package from being sent out in time to change the address or cancel.

Yes, order totals do include taxes, but in some case customs duties may apply, on certain products.Brigitte Black will not be able to refund or price adjust based on these fees. Custom duties fees are determined and managed by the U.S state and import laws based on the ordered content and value. Payment of these fees sometimes are necessary to release your order from customs. However in most of the case there is no custom duties fee.
If you order more then one item, in most of the case, they will arrive as single package. Since we collaborate with suppliers from around the world this might not be applied as default. If you have any concern about this, please contact us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days after you received your product. All return items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags still intact. Return shipping is paid by costumer. All items are inspected upon receipt to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We do not provide complimentary return shipping for the moment.

In order to send you new item, we need that you send us photo of the wrong item and details of your first purchase.
We are sorry but accidents happen. In order to replace damaged item, we would need that you send us photo as proof and details of you purchase.
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item was not used or damaged. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
Once your package is received, exchanges are processed and shipped within 2-4 days. You will receive a confirmation email with new tracking information enclosed as soon as your exchange item is sent to you.
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping cost. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option as we cannot take responsibility for the lost returns.
